- Very infrequent "impossible maze" condition with walls left over from previous maze

- Show build version on Settings page, link to release notes

- Flash 2D player icon to make it easier to find on higher difficulties

- Pixeo Usereo should allow both photos with exif orientation and those whose width > height

- Pixeo Usereo should always check that the folder exists prior to searching for images
